Looks great and doesn't drip!
My son bought this for me and I love it! It is very good quality and looks really nice, having a lovely delicate gold design on white glaze. The lid is quite different and sits inside the top. There is a slight shelf built into the side to stop the lid moving and it works really well. It is a nice weight, slightly heavier because it is ceramic.

Leaks like a sieve!
The cup is ok, but the lid is dreadful!It doesn't fit securely and liquid easily leaks out when tilted.The closing mechanism for the drinking part of the lid is so loose that it flips open with the slightest of tilts also.Ok as a mug, but useless as a travel mug!

Keeps drinking hot or cold.
Lid has a good seal yet easy to drink from ,keeps drinking warm longer. The cup doesn't get too hot when full on the outside well insulated.

ceramic , coffee tastes better than metal flasks but not for travel.
nice to drink from, but not a travel mug, absolutely no safety from spillage, might as well be open toppedso really just a cup. the top may keep the heat in longer and the walls are thicker.It is however heavy so is easy to drop and break.It could be improved if had a rubber surround and a proper sealable top.

Coffee tastes better with a ceramic or china cup and that's what this cup is. With the marbling, it looks nice but a few things could be better.1. The top is not a secure seal, meaning it can come off easily.2. The top is not watertight so if it tips it will spill its contents.3. It is a vacuum cup that stays hot but is not insulated to the outside so it can be too hot to hold comfortably.4. As it is hot to handle, a handle would be a nice feature so you don't burn your fingers.

Doesn't stay hot for long.
I try to start with a positive first. This cup is great if used without its lid! Each time I tried to drink I ended up dripping drink down me. I had 'prewarmed' the mug by adding hot water from the kettle to the mug and closing the lid about 10 mins before making my cuppa for our motorhome journey. The best thing is the tea or coffee didn't taste of metal or plastic like most travel mugs, unfortunately the benefits end there. The lid leaks and the cup does not keep the drink warm. We tested it afterwards and a mug of tea with no lid stayed warm longer than this mug with its lid on. Disappointing really. We drove from East Midlands to Central Scotland and I ended up using the disposable coffee cups from motorway services instead.
