I love this stuff! Such a good flavor! This is a good prepper staple, if you ever have to live on rice and beans, this will give your beans a very good pork flavor! I don't know how long a jar will last after opening but I typically use one in a couple of months and it stays good for that couple of months in the refrigerator.
