Easy Directions: - Wet toothbrush slightly - Remove any excess water from brush - Dip brush into charcoal powder - Dab off excess powder (you don't need a lot) - Brush teeth for up to 2 minutes - Rinse mouth thoroughly and make sure to spit directly into the sink with the water running.
