the clear film being plastic doesn't bother me, but may bother others because of the potential for scratches. the plastic does have protective film front and back so it arrives perfect. The corner joints were sturdy and in line, the frame was not warped and feels quite well put together (no ominous movement or rattling of loose pieces).The metal tabs that hold the back on are fairly easy to bend without hurting your fingers, and the backing is plyboard with mounting hooks and a hinged prop flap so can be wall mounted or placed on a surface for display.the frame is covered in a wood effect laminate, and is not black wood. Again this is fine for me, but may be an issue for someone using to gift.

What a nightmare it is to find frames for A5 and A3 pictures. Just for a Downstairs toilet. Products are great. Both from the same company. Not glass, it’s acrylic/plastic but doesn’t matter. Happy happy.

Cheap frame. Corners don’t quite meet. But was ok for the job (holding kids certificate printed on paper) - wouldn’t be appropriate for eg nice photos or anything important.

Perfect poster frame. No glass so lovely and light weight for a large frame. Arrived quickly and looks lovely.
