Even though we let it sit for 36 hours to make its formation, it is flat. The sides did not expand upward and it seems like there isn't much padding.

What I didnt know when first purchasing is that the bed is reversible. My dog like to lay on the nylon side more often I'm guessing because it's cooler.As far as durability, I wouldn't say it's the greatest. My dog likes to move the bed around to find his spot which had developed a little hole. Not saying that this is a flaw but it did happen a few weeks after purchasing

The pillow comes compressed and you need to follow directions and wait 24 to 48 hours for it to fluff up. However the pillow barely changed. I got a hold of customer service that was provided by the manufacture and the representative was very responsive and replaced the pillow quickly. I will say that I got the one for medium and large dogs. This is just not big enough for my boys but would be good for smaller breeds.

This dog bed is super soft and thought it would be great for our pup to grow into. Within about a couple weeks, he completely destroyed it! I get puppies chew things up like crazy but I feel he was able to rip the seams too easily. We had stuffing everywhere! Other than this, we were very happy. Just wish our pup didn't tear it up so quickly.

My dogs think the bed is comfortable, and love sleeping on it but it is not very durable. Only had a short time (around 2 months) and it is already coming apart.

This bed said to wait 48 hours till usage when opening from the vacuum sealed bag, so that it can reach its floofy size. Well even 72 hours didnt help.. its slick on the bottom so its a Hazzard for tile floors, and its thin. My dogs old dog bed is more padded. Super disappointed, but it is easier to clean bc of the slick bottom.

This dog bed was one of the best purchases when we got our puppy. She loves it. It has good padding and is very durable. the fact that it can go in the washing machine is wonderful. It does not lose quality or padding after being washed.

The bed is very flat compared to the picture, and the sides don’t stand up at all. It just lays down flat. It’s not terrible, but I had to add a lot of blankets on top for cushion.
