This pan is just what I was looking for. I wanted non stick but not the toxic Teflon style and I think this works even better. I have cooked an all in one pasta dish and a bolognaise sauce in it and it performed brilliantly for each one. It washes really well and is a great size. It is quite heavy but does have the extra handle to help with that.

I had used the same large pan (bought twice) twice over the last decade until my latest one had too much wear and tear. Its no longer made so had to go in to the unknown. I chose this pan as i tend to do large batch cooking and needed a deep pan and this is one of largest I found. For the same reason I need another handle on the other side of the pan to even out the weight when full The handles are attached by rivets so you won't need to tighten them. It is very well made and good to look at. I've used i a lot since I've had it and it still looks like new. Easy to clean. On arrival I seasoned the pan to make sure I get the most out of it. The most surprising thing is how either water or oil beads on the cooking surface indicating just how smooth a surface it has. This is the best pan I've had and so glad I took a punt on this spending more than I normally would on a product with no feedback at time of buying.
