It provides energy in the morning and helps me to have a focus start of my day. I have substituted my morning coffee for this pure mind blend. It has a calming effect that I enjoy.

I love this brand and keep all the flavors in stock in my cupboard. I go to the Pure Mind blend on days when I have a lot of tasks to do. I can’t say that it helps me focus specifically any better than I would have, but just starting my day drinking this with good intention does 100% help me motivate and stay on task.Some people comment about the powder in the packets that shake loose from the bags. I find this is always the case when I order it by mail… it always comes to me in a paper or plastic mailer that takes a beating in transit. I have never had this problem when I buy it in stores though, so definitely a shipping issue. But I don’t mind the excess powder.Be careful when opening the packets, my boyfriend has a habit of ripping it lower than the tear line sometimes and you will rip the tea bag open this way .Taste 2.5/5Ingredients 5/5I find the flavor bland with a light taste of oregano. Tastes good with some coconut milk, but has a little off flavor if drinking it plain. Sometimes that happens with the herbal teas.

I haven’t had a Buddha tea that I don’t like. This one has an interesting flavor. Doesn’t give me energy but helps me get through my day in a calm demeanor. Quality from Buddha teas is there. It’s not completely powder like some other teas. They are a bit on the expensive side, but worth it considering it’s organic tea.

Delicious and helps me sleep all night.

I bought a few teas from this brand at the same time and this one is my least favorite one. I'm sure it's really good for you but I cannot get over the taste!

Also had fennel seed, which this tea includes in blend, and this one trumps all.

I drink a cup of this during cold/flu season or after spending time around large crowds. I haven't been sick yet, so thumbs up.
