I had never taken CLA before so I don't have anything to compare this too, but I've definitely noticed that I have no desire to snack throughout the day and my sweet cravings have been reduced. I've been taking this supplement for about a week now, and it has definitely help to suppress my appetite! I try to practice intermittent fasting a few times a week, but some days, it's so difficult to do because my food cravings get out of control. Works too well as far as suppressing my appetite.Planning on using a bit more sparingly as I need to eat so I don't pass out.
