The Designs for Health Women’s twice daily essential packets are a comprehensive set of daily nutrients all organized and prepackaged for convenience. They are so handy for traveling, even if just for the weekend. Throwing a few packets into my toiletry bag takes up far less space than multiple bottles. Not having to organize daily pill containers is also a timesaving relief. Each packet contains a high dose multivitamin, an omega 3 capsule, 2 capsules of vitamin D, calcium, magnesium & K2 and finally 2 capsules of extra B vitamins combined with green tea, broccoli extract, DIM for hormone support & calcium D-glucarate for liver support. It’s reassuring to know I can easily meet all my daily vitamin and mineral needs during stressful travel days, missed meals and time zone changes just by consuming 2 of these packets a day. All vitamins supplements are manufactured and made in the USA. One box contains a 30 day supply. Whether I use these packets on travel days or on regular days when I need to save time, having one part of my day already planned out for me is totally invaluable.

I like that these packets combine all the vitamins needed into a single pack, which makes it very easy to stay consistent. It's also a great value. I like that they are convenient to grab on the go too, especially for busy days. I also like that the packaging makes them perfect for travel since everything is already pre portioned. Some of the pills are pretty big though. Overall, this is a practical and well organized way to keep up with daily supplements.

Great packaging idea, but does not really dispense easily out of the box. I like the listed vitamins & they all seem like great quality. These don't seem to give me heartburn like others or have a weird taste. They are a little higher priced than I'd like for a 60 day supply. Convenient little pouches of daily vitamins make it so much easier to remember & try to be healthy!

This is a roll of vitamin packs. The roll feeds though the box, so you can rip a pack off and take it with you on-the-go, and without the fuss of opening bottles. I think there's an added benefit to this: because each serving is individually sealed, the remaining pills aren't exposed to humidity and oxygen. They're probably last a lot longer, especially in the summer. The formula itself is very robust nutritionally, however for some reason that's divided into different capsules. There's three different powder capsules and one with oils / fatty acids. One clearly has the vitamin Bs based on the color and flavor. The other two (2 of each) are impossible to identify. That could be important if you wanted to limit or avoid something (Diindolylmethane, for example), or if you wanted to be creative about dosing. But mainly I don't understand why they didn't blend them together and have 5 of the same capsules. The oil capsule seems legitimate, there is a faint taste of fish oil (if you open the capsule) which helps confirm what they claim on the box. I like that they had a diverse mix of fatty acids in this, usually you get a small, limited array. However, you probably need more of all of these than this one capsule. It seems like a very good multivitamin supplement. I think the price is still quite high, but it's not unheard of for this kind of product.

Essential Packets no longer come in pre-separated packets. It is very hard to tear off the packets from the one long line of Packets and invariably, no matter how careful I am, I lose vitamins as it's too hard to tear off the packets without ripping some of them apart. Please could Designs for Health go back to pre-separate, individual packets as they did for years. It is a good product but now is not user friendly.
