I bought this to replace the light in a ceiling fan that had stopped working, and it fit well. The brightness is clear and the installation was straightforward. It works as expected and solved the problem

Worked great on my harbor breeze ceiling fan. Just make sure you check your wattage before you order so you get the right one. Also, my old light was connected by two cylindrical white clips that snap together. This light comes not with that cylindrical clip, but, a quick connect plastic piece. Most will snip the cylindrical part off the fan. Don't do that. I mean...You can, but, it's much easier to snip the wires from your old light so that you have those cylindrical clips. Just snip the wires so you have a couple inches to work with & strip the plastic off so you can get your bare wire to connect to your new quick connect square. Use your quick connect square to connect your new lights wires & your old light's wires that you've just snipped. Then connect your cylindrical clips to the fan. So, that's new light quick connected to old light's wires which are then snapped back in to your fan like when you took it apart. You'll see what I'm saying when you open it up. White to white. Black to blue was the wire colors.

I bought this to replace the fixture in a Kichler Sola. If you take off the magnets, the holes line up perfectly with the plastic screws that hold the old fixture to the metal plate. Remove the plastic screws and the old fixture and mount the new one. You'll have to figure a way to connect the wires. This fixture is brighter than the OEM Kichler fixture which is really too dim.

Great product with easy installation. When the light went out in my Harbor Breeze fan, I thought I would need an electrician. Oh woe is me! Big buck$$$$. I'm not that handy with such things, but I decided to look into DIY first. The Harbor Breeze website was no help at all for finding the needed replacement part, nor how to install it. Then, once more, I had the big "Ah Hah" that never seems to occur to me first in these quandaries -- duh! -- try Amazon. And, bingo, again, there it was-- just the part I needed. There must have been dozens of similar offerings, but, in terms of matching the size and wattage of my dead lamp, this Ledytech 4 inch Retrofit Light Kit caught my eye, and the reviews were encouraging. This turned out to be a great choice. The clever solution of including small magnets to attach this light kit to the fan housing made installation a breeze and will help this unit work magically in a wide variety of fans by avoiding the whole issue of having to fit the mounting screw patterns of different ceiling fans. Genius stuff. Everything you need is included. As a bonus, the light is much brighter than the original version, and . . . tah-dah! . . . it works with my Harbor Breeze remote as well! So, yeah, I'm happy. You will be, too. Take it from a DIY doofus.

I purchased it on May 1, 2026, and it is gone on early August 2026. Very disappointing...

Works well easy install caution HOT! extremely HOT gets extremely hot when in operation, you will burn your fingers if you grab the metal edges after its been on. take care when wiring the unit in to ensure that any components are safely away from the metal back it gets quiet hot and melted the start capacitor on my ceiling fan (my fault installation error) but is noteworthy LEDs make a lot of heat and this is to be expected I am slightly concerned that the high operating temp will shorten the life but time will tell

I’m very happy with this lightbulb, I got a ceiling fan with an LED light for my kitchen and the light bulb was just not doing enough so I found this replacement. It’s extra bright and it does a great job. I’m so happy now.

I used this to replace a fan light that was starting an annoying flicker. The exact LED circuit board is no longer manufactured. This one had the same diameter with a slightly deeper lens cover which was no issue in my application. I cut the old connecter off of the old circuit board and used a couple of wire connectors to splice it onto the new board. The whole job took about 10 minutes. The old light was fairly yellow in colour. The new light is much brighter, whiter and no more flicker. Very happy with the light.

Product was exactly what I was looking for to retrofit my ceiling fans dull screw in bulb.
