Hickory Smoke Turkey Jerky by Country Archer, Antibiotic Free, Gluten Free, 1.5 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I bought these as a snack to keep in my desk at work (when I was still allowed to go to work at my desk) while I was on a weight cut for a powerlifting meet. Pretty good choice when trying to reduce your carb intake, though they ARE NOT a zero-carb food. It also encouraged me to drink all my water.The taste is good, and the packaging is attractive. It was annoying that the jerky broke up into really tiny pieces, and I felt like an anteater trying to get at them. Also, there are 1.5 servings per pouch, which was also kind of annoying. Make it 1 or 2, not 1.5. I'm not a huge fan of jerky ordinarily, but during the cut, this was one of the best kinds that I tried. I would buy again if it were on sale and I was on a restrictive diet. The full, standard price is not worth it for me when I am not preparing for competition.

I only eat turkey and fish no reason for that I have been that way for almost 25 years I had never tried it bc even the supposedly the one I found although they say turkey it has some beef or something for the casing but when I found you all I was at Walgreen’s read the ingredients which was all turkey and figured I would try it, WTC stands for what the crap 🙂 it was amazing which is a word I rarely use. I am also able to find at the grocery store, some times it is less expensive that Walgreen’s but not much I pay roughly like $5.99 or $6.99 if it is not on sale regular price is $7.99 which does not matter to me I will still get it bc it is worth it. This may sound goofy but I would like to say Thank You for making such an extraordinary jerky for those of us who eat only turkey and making a truly delicious food. I am a customer for life kinda sucks I wish I would have found it sooner take care 😉

Yes the bags are small, 1.5 OZ you get 12 packages, it's pricy. That out of the way, the thing is, this is high quality jerky. I first ran across Country Archer jerky in my local grocery store. Normally I had been buying another brand but after trying CA product, I much prefer the CA. For that matter I've tried many brands of jerky. I've tried both the original beef and turkey, both are spectacular. As I'm trying to cut back on red meat, I'm thrilled to have a turkey option with such fantastic flavor. The contents of my shipment was tender, moist and wonderfully seasoned. I'll most certainly be ordering more.

I first found this stuff as a sample at either Costco or Sam's club, I don't remember which one. I went back to get more but could no longer find it, so I was really happy I found it on Amazon. It seems expensive, but you get a lot. It isn't like the other brands where the whole bag is just air and a handful of jerkey bouncing around inside. The bags are full and last a long time. And the flavor and texture are very nice. Not too salty or stringy. I will buy more again.

I first discovered this turkey jerky at Starbucks and it became a quick favorite! I like the smaller packs for individual use. I have found the smaller packs to be a little more dry, when the big packs are more moist, but that is comparing about 10 small packs to 8+ large packs. Also, I enjoy receiving this as a subscription item!

Loved the packaging. This is one of my favorite jerky’s. Problem was the freshness of the product. I’ve opened four bags now and the consistency of the jerky is off. Some is super tough and hard. And it’s been like this for every bag I’ve opened so far. I was worried about buying this product on amazon but thought I’d give it a try cause it’s nice to buy in bulk. However the quality is just not nearly as good as if you bought a regular sized bag in the grocery store. Love this jerky, would not buy on amazon again.

I originally found this jerky in an airport magazine/snack shop, it was extremely expensive but well worth it. I have since ordered it from Amazon and love the small packaging. Great for traveling, snacking, in salads, etc. Anywhere - it's wonderful! The 100% grass fed beef jerky is awesome as well!

Love the product and would have given it "5 stars" across the board, but who wouldn't like to see it with a lower cost (I'm honest!)? It would be great to start a Jerky bonus club (buy XX of Jerky, get one free?). "Clubs" and freebies are a great way to smooth out higher prices. Thanks -
