I recently ordered this coffee machine, Ratna gave a very good virtual demo. The machine is good and meets my expectations. It is good quality , easy to use and surely a good to have for coffee lovers.

Bought the machine few months ago, so far it is working well. Had an issue when the glass carafe broke, but Agaro customer care arranged for a replacement (complaint no 396142 ) , overall satisfied with the service.

I have used this for almost 3 years now. Still works very well for brewing a solid cup or 3 of coffee. Extraction and filtration is good as long as you remember this is not an espresso machine. It is good for upto 3 cups of 150 ml brewed coffee. Outstanding value for money.

Very bad.Machine didn't even last for two weeks.The service was good. The technician was prompt but Agaro as a company failed to live upto the standards. The complaint being placed on 27th of August for the machine bought on 15th of August, was resolved only on 7th of September. Such a tarried service under warranty makes me wonder about the predicament of the products whose warranty has expired. Not buying any other Agaro products. The techinician's quick service was the only good factor.

It's good we are getting good brew black coffee and it's smoothly delivered by machine. Deserve 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic coffee maker, great build quality and functionality - I've used many coffee machines over the years, but this one gives me the flexibility to schedule my brews and Quality control it too!Lots of components to clean after a coffee but thats quite normal, love the touchpad dashboard, only thing that could be better is that the time resets everytime there is a power cutBut otherwise the automation is absolutely perfect, the coffee tastes great, the machine is as promised noiseless and it looks GREAT in your kitchenAbsolutely a recommended purchases
