No bag is perfect, and this one could be a little bit better sewn with additional reinforcement around the shoulder straps in particular, but overall I think this bag is the best one if you want these specific features:1. Top-opening - other models which are front opening are awkward to use.2. Expanding for pizza - Expanding and contracting is simple and quick. You can squeeze a large pizza or two from most normal places in here. If you need more than that, you'd need a dedicated pizza bag. A combo bag can only do so much! That being said, I've also used this in a pinch by laying it flat on its front and loading the pizzas in like that. 3 large pizzas and some sides in that orientation, and you can use the shoulder straps to pick it up. But you'd need a way to strap it down if you're on a bike, etc.3. A carry hand on the top - not something I use all the time, but useful when you do need it.4. Large side pockets - Beware models that have "flat" side pockets. You can't fit much of anything in there beyond a pen or two. These side pockets are big enough for most normal drinks. I usually have the drinks in a dedicated carrier on the interior of the bag, but having the exterior pockets is good as a backup. I will say that the elastic is basically useless, so I added a drawstring along each pocket to make them tighter for smaller items.

I did much vetting to get the best bicycle delivery bag that combines the best value and quality and came up with this one. Already done some doordash with this bag....and it's great was able to fit several pizzas and the small divider is to hold down the pizzas if you have less than four. Excellent Value, Excellent Quality....probably the best bag for Bicycle Delivery

For the price, ($37) I got what I expected. It will work for the average delivery, though I warn any who are not prepared to modify this backpack to their size, as the straps provided are poor and will not hold to size.Pros: Large main cavity, can separate if needed to for lightweight applications via velcroRelatively water-resistant, the nylon outer layer will resist beads of waterFantastic for visibility, as seen in photoCons:The straps are not simple backpack nylon straps with double loop to tighten, they are nylon looped a SINGLE loop, meaning that the slightest force will cause the backpack (when loaded with 5-15 lb) to fall from shoulders. (I fixed this by stapling my strap on my left arm, and using a heavy duty black binder clip on the right strap)Nylon cupholder strings will tear with simplest forcezippers clang together when pockets are shut, requiring modification (I used electrical tape)I sorted by "Price low to high"I got what I paid for

Great backpack except for one thing that makes it completely unusable. The straps in the back for adjusting it do not have teeth on the "ladder adjusters" meaning the strap does not stay in place when you try to tighten it. The straps simply slide back down to the most slack position, causing the bag to sag. Unfortunately this is not ideal for a bag used to hold food items upright while you bike. Will be returning. Without this simple mechanism the bag is--in my opinion--useless.
