Nice amp for price!
Good amp for the price point. It has been installed under the seat of a Jeep for 3 years now (powers the single 8" subwoofer) and still going strong!

It works well, no Issues
I like this unit so well I bought 4 for my Jeep. Each one handles 2 speakers 300w RMS, 500W peak and by using 4, I can balance the sound perfectly. You can hear my rig from a block or more away. I am really not that annoying to my neighbors, it is just possible to make it really loud with clear sound using these amps. I turn the sound down when I'm by neighbors' houses, lol. I even had one get flooded in my Jeep and it still works flawlessly. I am sure they don't recommend getting them wet, LOL. Growing up Blaupunkt meant premium sound, It is nice to see they can still bring their A game.

Great for $50
Great amp for the money.Don’t clip your signal and set your gain correctly. It’s class ab so it gets warm but that’s normal.Use this amp on a set of efficient door speakers and you’ll be happy. It’s only about 50/channel so keep that in mind.It does have a signal pass though, which is nice.Only thing this $50 amp needs to make it 5 stars is built in high level inputs.Don’t use this amp on subs, it’s only about 120 watts bridged… unless that’s all you need.

Should have done this a long time ago
The media could not be loaded. I replaced a tired old JVC amp with the Blaupunkt to drive a pair of 6 1/2 inch Infinity Kappas.Should have done this a long time ago.I was first introduced to Blaupunkt while working as a Volkswagen mechanic in the early 80's.Blaupunkt was the 'GoTo' premium sound offering in VW back then, and there was no compromise on quality. It's nice to see that that trend continues today. The sound quality is impeccable, insane lows, crystal clear highs, zero EMI noise, and multiple 'fine tuning' pots allow you to get the absolute most from your speakers. At 120 watts output, I couldn't stay in the enclosure, I can't imaging how loud this is going to be once the speakers break in and I can approach full volume. (For testing purposes only, you know *wink *wink.) For the output, the footprint of this amplifier is surprisingly compact, It shouldn't be hard finding a spot to fit this amp in your car.No music from the speakers because my spoady android mic on my phone would do Pink Floyd no justice.

No longer going to order this sellers stuff.
Customer service isn’t the best. I’ve now thrown both amps away, they both burned up, one running 12s and the other running 10s, one literally caught fire in my truck and the other comes on but doesn’t put out any sound anymore. German engineering and strong customer support doesn’t exist anymore wether it’s them or Amazon I don’t know I can’t even return them anymore.I got the 10 inch subs of the same brand to go with these, unbridged and adjusted properly. Rattles the truck. I’ve had kickers I’ve had mtx and Kennwoods, these flat out blow them away, the amp is extremely well crafted and works really well as far as I know. $350 in everything including the box is by far a decent deal

Good amp if it were two ohm stable for more than 15 minutes
I've had amp for two and a half years it's a decent amp for cheap price. But will not handle 2 ohms stably for more than 20 minutes without overheating. If it did it would be really impressive , originally I used it on one Polk mm10 at 4 ohms and it lasted without issues for two and a half years. But now I have it on one kicker square 10 at 2 ohms now and it won't stay long at 2 ohms without overheating and shutting off. So if they would change the rating online saying that it only stable at 4 ohms people would not buy it for other purposes. But if u have it mounted where it gets good airflow maybe it'll work better or if they put a fan on it.

Rocking my JL Tower Speakers
My old amp went belly up after 5 years, it was a bad marine grade because it was all rusty even with very little use in the ocean and being in a fully enclosed compartment. Initially I looked into other marine grade amps and stumbled across this Blaupunkt, a brand that stands for quality and I always liked. Since I was only looking for a simple amp to drive the two JL tower speakers though this would do the job. Upon receiving I was impressed with how well it was packaged, very nice box and well protected inside. Once I opened was immediately blown away by the build quality, great sturdy feel and with much better terminals than the old, and did I mention double the size. Although not as compact as the old amp, it just screams quality. This is a car amp and only time will tell how well it will hold up in marine environment. After installing turned it on and the sound was crisp and clean. Although the old sounded good too it always had low hiss when listening very close to the speakers with no sound, with Blaupunkt there is no hiss. After adjusting the gain to 50% and setting the base to max and volume louder was very satisfied With the crisp, dynamic and clean sound, perfect for a day on the water.
