If you double-check those two things, you'll get a perfect fit as these are very standard shapes and sizes. Pros: - 2-pack, which is handy in case you break it, want a spare, or have more than 1 that need replacing - Inexpensive - you'd pay more than this for one at the store - Fast shipping - I got mine the next day thanks to Prime. Cons: - Turning mechanism is plastic. Most of them are, but there are some metal ones that cost just a bit more. I would have gotten a metal one, but they only had hexagon shapes. Bought to repair my 2” faux wood Levelor blinds that I bought at Lowe’s. I had to use a small file to open up the square hole a little to fit the rectangular rod but worked out great. A little difficult to install
