I bathe both of our dogs and our cat on a regular basis. My husband has allergies and bathing our fur kids helps him immensely. Due to the amount of bathing they get I have struggled with finding a pet shampoo that does not dry out their skin especially in the winter months.This pet shampoo does not produce a ton of lather however still cleans their fur really nicely. The fact that there is not a lot of lather helps the rinsing process. For reference, the picture of my black pit I used twice as much shampoo then in the first pic of my GSP. So if you want a more sudsy lather you will need to use a much larger amount. They have all had 2 baths using this shampoo so far. It has helped with my pits coat and hot spots. She is no longer gnawing away at those areas. All of their coats are really soft.The shampoo has a very light pleasant scent. I really like the combination used - tea tree oil and aloe vera. The tea tree really helps rinse away their dander and the aloe vera keeps their skin and coats moisturized.

This is a great bargain for so much shampoo! It lathers up OK, and seems to get my dog clean. My dog has lots of skin allergies so I use this in between the medicated shampoo to give her skin a break. The only negative, and picky one at that, is the bottle is so fat I can't get my hand around it so its cumbersome to use, I keep dropping it, I'm afraid I'm gonna knock the poor dog out!

This shampoo left my dogs hair feeling so soft and clean. My dog loves playing in the mud so I have to give him baths often. Unfortunately this often causes him to have dry skin. I've been using this on his fur for two weeks now and I've noticed he is scratching less and the only thing I can think it is would be this shampoo reducing skin irritation.

Be sure you read the label before you buy this product because its not organic as stated and if you do buy it you can return it but you have to pay for postage to send it back. If you complain to Amazon they won't do anything but tell you this is a third party seller and doesn't fall under their policies for returns.

I overall did not like this product.

I'm wondering if this is an inconsistent formula because others have said it lathered nicely for them, but that was not the case for me. I have a 50 lb dog and have to use quite a bit of this stuff to get a good lather. It seems like a good deal but in my opinion it ends up working out to the same cost as a smaller bottle of dog shampoo because of the amount you have to use to build up a good lather.**Smells nice but doesn't stay. Scent washes away down the drain upon rinsing off my dog.**Also the claims about it being moisturizing & relieving itchy skin and hot spots didn't hold true with my dog.**I'd have to say these claims are false, so DO NOT buy this item if you're trying to solve any of these issues.It's just ok and would be better suited for a dog without any skin conditions. This would definitely go a long way on a dog 10 lbs. or less.

It left my cats hair very soft and shiny and it smells delicious. I am also glad that it is organic and that i am not puting toxic chemicals on my cat. My cat did not have any negative reactions towards this product and I am very happy with it.

I have an English Bull Terrier who has some skin allergies. Every spring he rolls in the grass and breaks out in hives, this shampoo left his fur soft and cleared up all the red on him almost immediately. He doesn't itch or chew it's amazing.
