Not for Android out of the box
Requires a separate adapter if you want to use it with Android, probably OK works iPhone though. They do not have their own software and instead you have to find some software at your respective phone software store, then install and configure it. The controller paired easily with my S23+ but that's the best thing that can be said about this. The phone goes in and the door clip is supposed to hold it in place, but it took a lot of fussing around to get it to stay closed. Once working the optics are less than stellar, it was kind of ok when a movie was going (which is primarily why I bought this) but if there was a pop up or some other control that was supposed to be a close up view it was really bad. I tried several different VR programs, each had different mappings to the controller so you have to configure it each time. Too much hassle for something that doesn't do what I need it to. It's going back.

Horrible
I bough this for a Xmas present my daughter was very excited but she hasn’t been able to do anything with it.She has an iPhone XR and the control is not compatible with it all it does it higher and lower the volume. She isn’t able to play any games. I’m very disappointed in this product and plan to return it. It’s not even worth it’s price at all. I had to select a star rating so I gave it a one but I wouldn’t give it any stars
