I got them to support liver detox, and while it’s hard to tell with supplements like this, I do feel a bit less sluggish.The mixed-berry flavor is pretty good, not too sweet, and I like that they’re sugar-free. No weird aftertaste either. Plus, it’s nice not having to swallow pills – just chew and go.The bottle is a decent size, but you go through it pretty quickly if you’re taking them daily. Overall, seems like a good option if you’re looking for liver support.

Unfortunately I only took one bottle of these so I cannot attest to their effectiveness. I will say that the taste isn't too too bad, I just chewed them up really quickly. I do like that they are gummies as I have difficulty dealing pills. I noticed a slight increase in my overall energy levels, so that's a plus. The texture is about like any other gummy supplement I have purchased, a bit harder and more dense than gummy candy.

I liked the gummies and my stomach feel better, hopefully my liver will be better too. I have become more tegular since I’ve been taking them.

The taste is fine but they have no coating to keep the gummies from sticking together. You have to pick them apart. They also stick to your teeth and dental work.Fix those issues and make be good product.
