Since then, it has become one of the most-used tools in my shop for woodworking projects, signs, trays, and other custom work. One thing I appreciate about the Masuter Pro is that it offers a great balance between capability and affordability. It is not an industrial CNC, but it is also not priced like one. For hobbyists and small-shop owners, it provides plenty of capability without requiring a huge investment. Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. As I gained experience, I upgraded my machine with the larger work area kit and the NEMA 23 motor kit, which improved the machine even further. What has impressed me the most, however, is FoxAlien's customer support. The controller for my NEMA 23 upgrade kit stopped working, and even though the accessory warranty period is only 90 days and my controller was already outside that warranty window, FoxAlien still sent me a replacement controller at no charge. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare and says a lot about the company. Like any CNC, there is a learning curve, but the machine itself has been reliable and capable. If you are willing to learn feeds, speeds, tooling, and workholding, the Masuter Pro can produce excellent results. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with both the machine and the company behind it, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Masuter Pro to anyone looking for a capable CNC for a hobby shop or small business. Review: Great tool! - Using it with a vevor 65mm router, 20W laser (Solvo) and a Plasma cutting torch. I do everything from laser designs on drum sticks to making brackets for car parts, body parts for cars and various wood design art pieces. Easy to put together with clearly marked cables. Comes with a pack of 1/8” router bits. I mounted my boards on the bottom so that I get more clearance for machining. Just need to use 10mm longer M5 screws. I will make a plasma cutting table and use this as an automated plasma cutter for repeatable pieces. Has kept me amused for hours. Had a small issue with a limit switch and contacted fox alien customer services who where so helpful, they diagnosed the problem which I replaced the switch from the spare from my delivery, they then sent me a replacement which arrived in a couple of days.
