I received my blinds 1 week ago. Installation was mildly difficult as I had some issues with the drywall anchors provided. I had some extra drywall anchors, so this was not an issue. They look exactly like they do in the pictures. Hanging the fabric veins was easy and intuitive. Instructions indicate the veins are machine washable, which is good. The valance looks fine, pretty standard valance. Valance was easy to attach and center on the track.My order also arrived much earlier than the estimates on the product page (2 weeks instead of 1 month).I am happy with my purchase.

I love the customer service, they are just a message away and always reply. They double check that your measurements are correct. We had an issue where the brackets were too big and they sent the smaller brackets right away. It does take a little bit to get here but it works great. I also had another question, sent them a message and got a response within a few hours. The blinds are really pretty, function perfectly and I have no complains.

The media could not be loaded. I love the individual panels!! Love how it looks!This was the main reason we bought this product, because of the individual panels. Now we can walk outside and still have privacy since we don’t have to move the blinds to one side, although it’s an option.We ordered outside mounting with valance. Doesn’t completely block out the sun but it does an ok job.Hubby didn’t take long to install it. He was a bit confused at first with the instructions but he figured it out.Shipping was great. Everything came together and well packaged.

Had these for several months now and had wanted to wait to write the review to test durability and quality. These were a great value for the money, was relatively easy to install, and does a great job as blocking out light. I bought these to replace some old Luminettes that had broken down over time. It wasn’t exactly the same but came close. The color was lighter than I had expected and because of how wide each vertical blind was, it can only partially rotate due to lack of clearance from the window. That’s all I can really complain anbout and I wouldn’t consider these showstoppers.

These blinds are beautiful and I would have gave them five stars except they need a better design for attaching them at the top. It took us awhile to get them up and we had to buy some extra tape to hold them but. they are beautiful. The shipping was great also so thank you

Once up... it is absolutely beautiful. I had a guy who was very savvy with tools and installing things. He still had difficulty. The pictures help. Putting the curtains up on with hangars...was more difficult. Remember they are in a u-shape. That means the plastic hinges together with the right sides of material on 2 u-shapes. It snaps together.I am so glad I have them. They do need to use a better glue to put on the curtain and hinges. one curtain did not have any on them by the time it arrived. UGH. The other only had 2-3 missing. I know that it is not the glue that keeps the curtain hanging... it is snapped. Also I think they should send extra pairs of snaps. It can't cost that much for little plastic things.overall- wonderful curtain. I had tried to buy curtains at JCPenny. They were pretty...but did not match the white on wall. Yes they were white curtains. Having the swatches is really important. so I am very pleased.
