This is the first time that I have tried using this coarse form of psyllium. A lot different from the more refined product. Mixing it in water, it doesn't disolve so the texture is quite like pulpy orange juice but much more pulpy. No taste, so that's A plus. My bowel movements are much improved and that is the ultimate result I am seeking. Don't find the texture, although different, objectionable and will continue using this in the future.

I’ve purchased this product multiple times in the past, in fact I wouldn’t start my day without it. It has no specific taste, but it mixes easily with (warm to hot) water and goes down smoothly.
