Product was relatively easy to install and seemed sturdier than the originals, but it didn’t resolve the persistent off-balance issue with Samsung washing machines. Replaced the Samsung washer with a SpeedQueen commercial washer that is AWESOME. Super fast cycles, clean clothes, no off-balance issues even with bulky loads. Not as fancy-schmancy as Samsung, not as “pretty”, but well worth the money.

I had researched my washer shaking violently and knew these rods would have to be replaced. I delayed it though dreading what I thought what be a painful project. Boy was I wrong. This was unbelievably easy and done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend buying these and installing them yourself and saving money!

My Samsung top load washer wouldn’t complete a spin cycle, would violently shake until it kicked itself off. After troubleshooting online, I came to the conclusion that this is what I needed. It was surprisingly easy to replace and so far they have been working as they should. Extremely happy with results and saving money, with these being the quarter of the price of the branded parts.

I recently had to replace the suspension rods on my Samsung WA45M7050AW washer, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the replacement parts. Even after installation, the washing machine continues to go out of balance. These suspension rods are nowhere near the quality of the original equipment—cheaply made and ineffective. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying these. Total waste of money.

I watched a video on my washer going into error mode and found that replacing these items would resolve the issue on my 12 year old washer. It would get out of balance even on low spin mode to the point where clothes were soaking wet after it going into error mode multiple times. I put these on in less than 15 min and had a load in on high spin that went flawlessly,

It was easy to install bit it was pointless if the issue happened again.

I replaced the rods using these and my washing machine did the same thing (banging and UB code) I googled why my washing machine is becoming unbalanced (after changing the rods) and found out there is a calibration on Samsung machines you must do. So if you're going to replace the rods make sure you do a calibration which may be different on different machines. For mine you have to hold down temp and end delay then press start to enter calibration mode And give it a few minutes. I'm reading reviews of people that change the rods and they are complaining that they did not fix their issue. This is because you must do a calibration after replacing the rods. My machine is now working fine. I thought my machine was going to start banging around but the machine pulled the drum into the center because of the calibration. If you are reading this and did not replace the rods yet try to do a calibration fist and see if it fixes the issue (wish I knew better buying)

Product looks and feels stronger than the original ones that came with the washer. They were just a little bit longer than the original. They worked perfectly but didn’t not alíviate the drum from tumbling and banging the washers walls.

Fixed the error code for un balanced loads. Easy to install. Good quality.
