This has worked great as a starter adjustable dumbbell for me to use at home regularly, isn't too long for me to use two at once despite how it looks which I was worried about. They look great! However, I have had two problems. The first is to be wary that you receive the right item, as on my second order I got a black instead of a chrome and had to return it. As other reviews point out, the collars it comes with arrive rusted out and unusable from the box. This occurred with all of my orders so far.
