I installed these lights on the underside of my RC car & they look great.

1st shipment, empty package. Envelope was sealed nothing in it. Second attempt, there’s a picture of it on my doorstep, but I never saw it.. 3rd time. Got it.?

I'm putting these under the body of my traxxas maxx so I can see it at night. It's a basher, so I'm not going to review these for durability. I'm most likely going to do bad bad things to these lights. My 5 stars are for tge price, and the form factor. These work and are trimable. You can even solder wires to the trim points so you can cut them in half, wire them together and use both pieces in separate places. Really good bang for the buck.

they are exactly as described. they are bright. they are easy to plug into receiver acc. they were not as sticky on the back as i would of liked. i used a little glue here and there to keep it in place. i attached it to the chassis. not the body and it lights everything upupdate. i have added these to 3 rc car's and they are bright and perfect. i recommend putting them on the shell and pointing down for best results. they have a adapter that is easy for quick disconnect from the car.

Great LED lights for RC! Plugged right into the receiver or the splitter. It came with 2 strips. I only used one of them. It was basically long enough to run the whole body of a 1/14 RC shell. Drive Fast Take Chances !

The media could not be loaded. Like I said, they seem very home made but that's not necessarily a bad thing but..I may not install these because the sticky part doesn't really stick to the light itself and when they folded and creased the lights it also folded and creased the sticky, double sided tape. I'd have to replace the tape to actually use the strips I think.The strips are smaller, narrower then I originally thought. That could be an oversight on my part but it's not a bad thing and I like that they are more compact actually.I will update my review when I get around to installing them. 3 stars for now mainly due to the creases and the tape not sticking to the lights very good.Update 3-4-25Was inspecting the double sided tape strips a little more and in my opinion they need to be replaced with 3m double sided tape because the original tape just peels right off, what hasn't fallen off already. Still waiting on my radio and receiver to actually install these and see if they light up. I'm thinking they should work but figured I'd state that as well.NOTE TO SELLER/MANUFACTURER: theses LED strips would be great if they had real double sided tape strips, preferably 3M, and find a way to coil the led strips instead of folding them. You can even charge more if needed to cover the cost but they would at least be good. Most people will be using these on RC cars that see wet or dirty conditions and the tape you provide is just not good at all. My only real complaint at all minus the folded and creased strips that are also an issue. Thank you.Update 4-1-25Got the 3m double sided tape, from Amazon for about 8 bucks? Put it on the rc car and then out the lights on that and drilled holes to run the wires. The lights are super bright but they do get a little warm fyi. If it wasn't the fact they ship it with garbage tape they would have gotten 5 stars. The folds are somewhat manageable to straighten out. The tape is a big deal tho. At least for me and my situation.
