iSpring replacement filter
This works with my iSpring Reverse osmosis filter system.The Model of the filter is: TFC-1812-75 (the seller seems to omit that info on the listing)You can match it to see if that is the same as what you have if unsure.If you are looking at this you probably already have an RO system and like me you probably waited more than the 1-2 years to change the filter. I get it they are under the counter somewhere. This is easy to install, un-screw cap pull out old, put in new, re-screw closed. THEN be sure to turn off the holding tank valve and run it for 30 min to an hour to remove the sterile shipping liquid. Now pat yourself on the back and mark this helpful I did indeed help you.

Perfect fit and install
The filter fits perfect with our filter and the install was not difficult. The water did have a slightly weird taste for the first couple days after changing the filter but it went away.

Changing filters is always a pretty straight-forward operation
It knocks down my TDS from about 250 to 20. The old one lasted about two years. When re-reading the manual, I was reminded to flush out the storage tank about once a month - I hadn't been doing that. I can see how that would be important. I'm impressed at how well everything fits together. Changing filters is always a pretty straight-forward operation.

Almost thought it was a misfit
Our installer did not insert the R/O filter into it's position and when I tried it did not seem to fit, so I ordered one of these. This one was an exact size match and also appeared to be the wrong replacement. One is hesitant to apply too much pressure for fear of doing damage. Fortunately I found that it only required considerable force to seat the O-ring seals properly to make the filter fit.
