Flavorful
Follow the instructions as listed. I don’t recommend mixing it with anything else since it already has a strong flavor. It’s not bad it actually taste good it’s just a little strong. If you are looking for something to make you “go” right away this probably won’t be right for you but it does help regulate if you are consistent. Also drink it cold it taste better

Interesting
FIrst, if you don't like the flavor of plum, this isn't for you. It's very strong to me. It's a very thick consistency so I add more water to mine otherwise I have a challenge wanting to drink it. But IT WORKS for me and that is important. Easy to take with you in your day either aat work or traveling when people can experience diffiiculties in the bathroom {not eating as well or what you usually have at home}. So I do like that. I will have to consider when I am done if I can say if I would buy more.

Taste like prunes
I like prunes and this fiber powder taste to me like prunes. I really like it. I mix it with a little bit of cold water and just swirl it around some and chug it down. It's got a little bit of sweetness to it but it's mostly like ground up prune. There is always a little bit of leftover in the glass so I add another dash of water from the refrigerator and just wash that down as well. It's very easy to take and I didn't find that it left very much left over in the cup. I enjoy taking fiber like this. It's a better flavor for me than the orange stuff. I also didn't feel pressured to have to slug it down quickly although I did. I like that I was able to tear the packet open without having to use scissors.

Poor taste--causes some bloating
Each packet of Benelax contains 5 grams of fiber. By itself when mixed with water, I found the taste, although not strong, just unpleasant. Flavor is unusual and hard to describe, had almost a mint toothpaste aftertaste and smelled like wheat and black licorice. When I mixed with juice or juice-based drinks the flavor is more manageable but cannot be completely hidden. This once daily fiber supplement does help with motility but is not worth the cost of poor taste and some GI discomfort.

Gritty...
I am on day 2 of giving this fiber drink mix a try. As directed I added a full sachet to 7 oz of cold water. Regardless of how much you stir it never quite stops having a gritty consistency. I can taste the plum flavor. It suggests 4 consecutive days of use to reap the benefits. 2 down 2 to go... #30PacksOfLax

Husband is very happy we found these.
Ordered these for my husband. He mixes them into his protein shakes daily and says this has completely addressed the issue he was having. He says when mixed into his shake he enjoys the flavor and doesn’t notice any grittiness or anything negative. He hasn’t had any negative side effects only positive ones. He wants to keep using this product so I will continue to order in the future and would recommend it.

Super convenient packages
My daughter has digestive issues and it was recently recommended that she add fiber to her diet. She decided to take these along her trip. Although it took some time to get used to the taste, she said she felt some relief after using for a couple of days. Very convenient for traveling.

exclusive mixture of fibers such as Nutriose Wheat dextrin, flaxseed, acacia fiber and rhubarb root
Fiber is the laxative most doctors recommend for normal and slow-transit constipation. Abdominal cramping, bloating, or gas can occur when abruptly increasing or changing your dietary fiber intake. Fiber is naturally available in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. If you suffer from occasional constipation this is for you. DID IT WORK: oh yes it sure did, a few hours later and boom ready to go. I did not experience any cramps or nausea, just a signal to go and I did. I have not had to use another for four days as it seems to have "jump started" me. I have had my large bowel removed 10 years ago and also suffer from occasional gastroparesis. TASTE: YUCKY - really yucky but I did it and it WORKS. I will use a different juice such as orange juice when I next use it. It is a strange "plum" taste, but not so bad I couldn't finish the glass. OUT-TAKE: it works, no cramps, nausea, emergent bm, just a signal to go!
