Brilliant fire
Very happy with my new fire. I also got a bargain because l bought it a lot cheaper because the box was damaged. Fantastic buy

Very good quality product
Delivery was rapido and the fire is in excellent condition despite the box being ripped we are really pleased with our purchase 😀 😎 👍

No mist effect
Followed the instructions to the letter, but no mist effect. Filled the sump with filtered water hoping to see the fire come to life to no avail. We had our other Dimple. Mist effect fire for over six years and never had this trouble. Will be contacting Amazon for a full refund.

Came incomplete.
The fire came without the remote control which is very important. Amazon ignored me after me calling them and so had to find Dimplex's telephone number to sort it out. It is well hidden. Now have the remote and all is working as it should.

Manufacturing fault
Had 2 fires delivered, both had the same fault. The fan didn’t run on low heat setting. This leads to over temperature sensor tripping. No stock to replace and has now nearly doubled in price! Apart from that the fire itself was effective. The flame effect is very good. On high the fan heater works well and the remote was reliable. The fire is a plastic construction, which may surprise you. The whole facia is plastic. The cost will be in the fogger and a heating element to make the smoke effect. The water tank is easily filled. But constantly removing the plastic coal cover and may cause it to deteriorate after a while. Good value at the price I paid but not at double the price.

A beautiful fire
The fire has a beautiful fire pattern which looks very real, you can have the effect without the fire giving any heat. The heat settings are easy to use as you have a remote control to bring the heat up or down. It was easy to fit and was extremely well packed so was in perfect condition when received.

Disappointed with a lump of plastic
Disappointed with it overall. I should have done more research then I would have discovered that it's plastic! I seriously expected for over £400 it would be metal. The flame effect is very good though.

This was broken when received. Returned and refund made.
