Quite like I expected
Made sourdough bread out of it. And though it is supposed to be a hard wheat, the gluten was not much to work with, so it came out fairly dense. But the softness and taste is pleasant I can say that I did enjoy it as I couldn't help myself from eating more of the crust despite making some mistakes during the baking process. The quality seems to be good as far as I make out. The only issue is the price is high to be buying it often. Maybe buy once in a while and incorporate it with the rest of my usual flour.

Stale and unstable even before expiry date
I purchased this wheat flour with a manufacturing date of 12/10/2025 and expiry date of 10/04/2026, but unfortunately, the product turned out to be stale and full of webs well before its expiry. It seems to have developed insects or fungus, making it completely unfit for consumption. Very disappointed with the quality and storage standards. I expected a fresh, fine-textured flour but this one clearly wasn’t stored or packed properly. Please check your quality control — it’s unsafe to sell such products.

Okayish
The atta is okayish. We can eat only fresh rotis out of it. If we keep rotis overnight, they tend to become hard.

The rotis turn out to be soft and tasty. I am sure it's healthy too!

Tasty and Easily digestive
Rotis are very soft even after 10 hours. Taste is also good and very easy to digest.
