What is the shelf life on the puree?

2 years unopened. Opened probably about 6 months to 1 year. The product is shelf stable which means it is microbiologically stable

Is this “pulpy?” Are there bits of fruit that will be sailing around in my drink?

I don't notice any. I add about a 1/3 cup to 12 oz. Of kombucha.

Is this tart and bitter ? Looking for a sweet cherry taste. Tried another, it was so tart !

It is not tart or bitter!! You won’t be disappointed, it taste exactly like sweet black cherry. There are so, so many uses for this product. Enjoy!!

Does this puree use any artificial colors?

Don't think so but I'm not where I can check the bottle.
