I bought this for ghost hunting because I really like the design of the rods being on the independent axle from the handles. I'm very self-conscious of using dowsing rods due to the fact of how easy they are to manipulate, so I got this one as a way to remove myself from the equation. And I am extraordinarily thrilled with the results!!!! I really like the weight of the handles and how they are much larger than the rods themselves. This allows for excellent stability and additionally because the rods are indeed on an independent axle, when they move you can see them moving. What I love about these is because of how large the handles are, it makes the rods that hold the dowsing portion easy to hold still. It actually takes effort in order to move the rods in a way to "reset" them. As in to keep them parallel in front of you. (One thing to know is you have to keep one a little bit higher than the other in order for them to cross. If you keep them at the same height they will bump into each other and not cross). I was a bit worried about the price at first but they are 100% worth it.Another thing to know is they do need assembly and there are no instructions provided. It was a bit of a guessing game to put these together but it wasn't that difficult to figure out. Additionally, it is a bit of a hassle to get the customizable length of the rods set to a point that feels comfortable and to copy that length with the other rod because there's no real way to measure that. I just set one rod on top of the other to measure it and get them equal. As well as, if you drop the rods the cap holding the customizable rod length can fall off (which means you obviously have to reset the length which was annoying). Because of this, I did end up gluing the caps on. But that is the only qualm I have with this product. Otherwise I highly recommend this for ghost hunting. And just for fun I did check to see if it would react to water and I was surprised when it did, but that's literally what these are made for. So it works for that too 😅.

My favorite part of this dowsing rod set is the thick copper handles so you know you aren't getting in the way of the energy answers.

Arrive fast.quality is 4 out of 5 there are some imperfections but not big problem, you can see is mass production done fast …but I can not make it work, one is constantly turning 45 degree … They do not respond to any questions. I was trying to synchronize it with my energy - nothing worked - idk what to do with it

These are my favorite dowsing rods ever! Yes, they have an open swing (thats not a bad thing). Sit still. cCalm your mind. Let them open swing and adjust to your own energy for a moment and they will calm down. Now ask your question. For starters I sat in the center of my room and asked them to find my puppy. They followed him around the room, even when he went behind me. I sat there for 15 min. doing just that. I wanted to feel and adjust to how they work with my energy and my question. When he would lay down they would stay with him for up to a few minutes before he got up to move again. They followed him and only stopped when he would lay down. I started simple which I think is a good idea with a new tool. These are awesome. I am super happy with my purchase. I sat with them for over an hour and just let them attune to me and me to them. I asked simple questions to accomplish this. After an hour I moved on to bigger things. They worked beautifully! Don't give up. They work great!

These are ok. I thought they would be easier to use than conventional. I really don't care for the open swing the way I thought I would. I find them irratic. But the quality is good and the packaging and shipping were to satisfaction.

This set of dowsing rods is a great set for field work.After I realized I needed to unscrew the cap on one end to thread through the hole of the handles, it was eay to assemble. Be careful with those little caps. They are hard to find if you drop them. Each rod consists of a total of 4 parts, end cap, adjustment screw, rod and handles as shown in the photo.A screw at the top allows you to adjust the lenth of the rods for better balancing. The handles are weighted, so I found adjusting the length helped with the weight stress against my hands. The handle design prevents any potential manual manipulation.The rods move smoothly with easy response.The rods break down into 2 handles and 2 "pointers" so that they can be packed into a small area. A bag to hold them would have been nice as the box they came in takes up a lot more space.Overall, I'm pleased and look forward to using them for a long time.
