I bought this for my tv. It is a long piece connected by several short strips. It didn’t work after I stuck it to my tv. I changed the battery in the remote. Still didn’t work. Not a fan of this product. Had to eat up the cost and order a different one.

Not super bright. Remote control and phone control work on and off.

I would not recommend these. Did not work at all right out of the box. Save yourself the time and aggravation like I wish I could have.

So, these are neat. The instructions are the typical sort of vaguish translation but they're sufficient and it's pretty obvious how it it's supposed to work.Application to the back of my TV was easy and it sticks pretty well. I did mostly clean the back (it was way dusty, shame on me!) but even when I missed some dust it stuck fairly well. It was also easy to pull off and reapply without losing stick (that likely wouldn't be the case if you get a lot of dust on it).I have an 86" TV so I wasn't able to get the strip to go around the very edge, which likely would've made it brighter. As it is, I didn't judge the spacing perfectly so it didn't go quite all the way around, though you can't tell from the front.OK, so, it might be TV dependent but these lights are not powered by my TV unless my TV is on. I looked around for a setting on my TV to see if it would provide power to the USB ports but nope. So, just keep this in mind.You can see in the first two photos that with my lights on and if the picture on the TV is bright then the LED lights just disappear and you can't tell they're there. But in a dark room and when the picture isn't bright you can see them pretty well. Also check the brief video to see the lights change.There are a lot of options for how you want the colors to look. There is the remote but there's also an app and the app is where it's at for controlling the colors and the patterns. You can set it up to be be sound reactive (could be cool if you're playing music through the TV) and you can have it react to sound through the TV or through it's own little sound detector.So, overall, I like them, but I do forget they're there since they mostly just disappear since the TV screen is brighter. But, again, perhaps if I had two strips I could have wrapped the very edge and it would've been more dramatic. And, also, keep in mind that your TV might not power them unless the TV is on.

Now, this isn't like an add on for your TV to make it like them really highend TVs where the light changes based on whats on the screen. Nope. It's a disco party for your TV! It works best if you play music on your TV and use the APP (remotes kinda cheap) to set it to music mode. It's party time! Lights dance and flash and light up the wall behind your TV.Super sticky LED strips work great, just make sure you dust the backside of that TV first (you know you haven't in forever!) Single strip was more then long enough for our 55 inch set.
