Look amazing, easy to take apart and fill

I had those battery op ones which failed. These look much nicer and no batteries which is good. The top s just pull off to refill I just hope they don't become too loose but so far so good.

Nice design but both products are hard to fill and block up very quickly. I would not recommend them.

Very pleased, especially as we managed to get a matching salt mill from Lakeland for half price.

These salt and pepper grinders look lovely and have very good precision, so you only need to give them a gentle twist. Very nice, can recommend.

As is often the case with these things, the actual quality of the item you receive is some way away from the promotional pictures. Unfortunately, in this case not only in the refinement of the finish to the wood, but even down to the way they're constructed.I had to go through four sets to find a pair I was satisfied with - either because of roughly finished edges to the wood, or the twist tops or decorative metal band not sitting either flush to the top or central to the grinder piece.Even "discounted" at £40, I'd expect the tops not to be all elliptical when you're twisting them. Just pretty poor quality, so I can't see how anyone would ever agree to pay the full £68 RRP.That said, the actual grinder mechanism itself and the adjustable portion does work very well, so at least for that I can say something positive.

The salt and pepper grinders look very nice and work very well, the wood is lovely. The only slight problem is the top comes off too easily when grinding if you are not careful.

Exactly as expected. Look great and work well. Filling is a bit fiddly and would be easier with funnel.

With this C&M salt and pepper set on your table, mere beans and frankfurters would seem like a gourmet meal! This set is well-made, and it operates superbly (the salt and peppercorns are ground evenly); I suspect that I will be using it for quite some time. (It would be wonderful, if C&M offered a complementary oil and vinegar cruet set.)

Wanted this specifically for the metal pepper grinder.Really disappointed at how big these are compared to the amount of salt or pepper that they can hold… I have to refill once a week, as a single person cooking for just myself!The capacity is probably 20% of the size of these, which sucks.
