Beetroot has a lot of health benefits and can replace meat in a salad
I really like beetroot anyway but this Amazon beetroot is very good indeed. Quite a simple product and better for it. Just steamed beetroot in a little bit of vinegar, I use it to replace meat and cheese in salads, you can't really eat too much of it, it's very nutritious and healthy giving you fibre, B9, potassium and iron and I think vitamin C too, very good for the blood pressure. Excellent product if you are exercising or trying to get healthy or loose weight or train for a sport. Makes your toilet go red but perfectly normal :)

Decent beetroot
Nice size and texture, well cooked. They are properly peeled and don't contain so much vinegar to were they taste like the ones jarred in vinegar, they keep a lot of that lovely sweetness beetroot has!
