This very reasonable priced product is a MUST for tropical fish keepers. Once collaborated it saves so much time and cash.

I have viewed videos how to calibrate this ph tester and it seems that different ph level powders are required but were not included when purchased.

Absolutely spot on out the box without calibration so all good from me.

As per the instructions I bought 2 litres of distilled water with a PH of 7 in order to calibrate this device. I mixed each of the supplied PH buffer solutions into 3 separate jars of 250ml of the distilled water. The buffer solutions for PH 4.01 and PH PH 6.86 did not dissolve easily, they clumped together into a lump and then I had to try and grind them up with a spoon. For calibration The PH 4.01 buffer solution read as PH 2.92 and the PH 6.86 buffer solution read at PH 6.09 so it hardly inspired confidence but I chose to carry on.The PH 9.18 buffer solution didn't grind up at all, it just sat at the bottom of the jar as very fine granules which couldn't be crushed up or stirred to dissolve. This one measured at PH 8.68.So with my inaccurately calibrated device I put it into PH7 distilled water and let it sit. Over 5 minutes it went from PH 7.48 and decreased slowly until it finally settled at PH 6.22. I cleaned and dried it off and then tried it again 30 minutes later and got completely different numbers. I bought it to help me with my water quality checks for brewing but I can't take any confidence from it at all so have returned it. I wasted a lot of time and relatively expensive distilled water, I wouldn't recommend it.

J'ai acheté cette article , et zéro étoile, ils sert à rien tu peu rien mesurer avec , 4 en 1 mon œil, plutôt arnaque en 1 ..Très déçu, même sa marges d'erreur est trop haute ! Vraiment pas sérieux !
