Sew Steady Free Motion Quilting Glider Teflon Sheet

This makes all the difference in the world for FMQ! I had no idea how much easier this would make the process. I think in general they are a bit pricey but still way worth the investment. So I would HIGHLY recommend this for FMQ’s, whether you are new or experienced!

This product can be applied to any sewing machine surface and removed without leaving any glue residue. Definitely helped me with quilting a larger project.

Great product, made free motion quilting so easy!!

I free motion quilted a baby quilt without it, and what a struggle it was. Using this as I free motion quilt another one. Huge difference. It makes moving the quilt on my machine beg so easy, no pulling and pushing excessively, helps regulate my stitches and speed. Wish I had bought this a while back! Happy to have it now. Highly recommended. Great quality.

Compared to it’s famous competitor Supreme Slider, it doesn’t measure up. With only a little use it wouldn’t stick to the surface well and was far less durable in my opinion. I wound up returning it and bought the pricier, more popular one and I’m happy. This isn’t to bash the company, they shipped within minutes and packaged it well. You may love it, I didn’t.

I am returning this item. The bottom is so sticky it is hard to place on my sewing machine. Also the top is not as slippery as the Supreme Slider. I have a small Supreme Slider which I really like. I wanted a bigger one for my bigger machine and bought this one because of the price. It is not the quality that I had hoped for.

Getting accurate sewing lines depends on being able to move the project without drag between the fabrics and machine bed. This sheet lowers that tension/drag and makes the sewing more accurate and it's done with less arm and shoulder stress. A great investment.
