A: The R-40sa is a newer version of the R-41sa, the new speakers have updated drivers and a larger horn.

A: Thanks for your question. The R-40SA must be connected to the height effects output terminals on an Atmos capable AV receiver. They cannot be connected to the RP-8000F.
