It works perfectly for our needs which is a retail store. Very easy paper load. About the only negative thing I can say is that I wish it were smaller.

I purchased two of these, and one with the wifi option. Wifi option never worked, however LAN did. Out of three total i got, one did not work out of the box. I returned one, and currently have two running with no problem. When i went to order more, they were out of stock. Ended up having to try a new company. Took two stars cause 1/3 products didn't work out of the box, and second star cause the wifi feature did not work.

Compre dos impresoras, una hace mas de 6 meses y ya no imprime bien, casi no se mira la impresion, la cabeza de impresion se daña muy rapido, la otra impresora no ejecuta la funcion de abrir el cajon. La nstalacion por medio de internet es complicada ya que la fucnion no hace nada y marca error. No hay manera de contactar al vendedor para saber la garantia que tienen sus productos.

Purchased 3 of these printers. They all worked fine at first but after 6 months give or take, the loading door would not shut on all the printers I purchased. Reached out to the company for a resolution and after promising to send new doors , nothing was ever sent. Over 3 months and counting with no support. They will not honor their "warranty" so just be prepared if you decide to buy printers from this company.If Scangle actually resolves this problem for me I will revise this review.

i have a samsung galxy s9 tab and i am using pos system on it ..i thought these printer might work but it doesnt ...save your money

The media could not be loaded. Got it working with my ESP8266.
