Will audio play using hdmi cable to tv?

Yes, but it may not be the best option though. Most TV does not have enough power and small speakers to make good sound for singing. Some TVs may cause voice delay because of their builtin digital/analog audio converter. It is recommenced to connect from the Magic Sing's audio out to a separate sound system. ( an RCA 3.5mm to Red/White audio cable is included )

Is this product equipped to be played in the Philippines? Is it 110 or 220?

Better be safe and if use a power adaptor for 220, also wi fi connection.

Exactly what kind of TV and sound bar would I need do this system?

It’s connected to my smart tv and bose sound bar, so any smart tv or any sound bar will work perfectly. Enjoy!
