CCA Carpet Joining Tape - Super Heat Bond Seaming Red Stitch

We used this to connect and hold 3 large sections of carpeting in mid August. It has held well so far despite hundreds of kids running and tumbling on it 6 days a week for a month.

Tried using non-heat carpet tape for repairs, that wa a total failure. Bought this tape, hoping I didn’t need to buy a carpet seaming heating tool. One video I saw used a regular clothes iron. Tried that, but couldn’t get hot enough to melt the glue. Then tried using a wet towel. Like a steam iron, worked great. This tape allows for really tight seams, long and short.

First time I ever used this kind of thing. I work pretty decently , I mean it appears to work fair.

I can only relay what a former professional carpet layer told me after I hired him for patch work. He said it was GREAT tape and I've seen nothing to change my mind!

The tape was amazing! It has held up well over 3 months. I was able to use my iron to get the adhesive to activate while under the carpet.
