Although this is the dose for me and I did not experience any adverse effects, I would most definitely advise everyone else to do exactly as the packaging states and "Access your tolerance level". I have been drinking coffee for years several times per day, so my caffeine tolerance is extremely high. Not to mention I take niacin on a daily basis so my tolerance of the effects of niacin flush(tingling in the skin) is very high as well. All in all this is a GREAT PRODUCT and I have actually ordered another jar just an hour ago. SIDE NOTE: The price is definitely worth it. With the equivalent of 4 cups of coffees worth of caffeine, it was a little much for me. I have been using Hyde signature, and honestly, the only difference for me was the noticeable higher caffeine content which made me rage even after my workout was complete. Not a bad formula, but the original works just as well overall for me without that uneasy feeling too much caffeine gives you.
