13x19 Sheet Protectors Side Loading with 3-Holes 25 Sleeves Heavy Gauge Non-Archival Clear

Update to previous review below. After some debate in the office if getting a replacement would result in the same shipping defect, we came up with a solution. The first was a blow dryer to heat and straighten the creases. This worked well but was a bit worrisome because of a fine line between hot enough and too hot. So, we used an iron and ironing board after putting a 13x19 thick card stock inside the sleeve. This worked and took about two minutes per sleeve. They are all straight now. Past that hurdle, the sleeves are good quality, thick and crystal clear. We are using them for wall posters where we need to use a dry erase marker to update. The dry erase markers work perfectly on this material and they clean off very well.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is actually the 13x19 size. The box was undamaged, however the product inside which is supposed to be a smooth, flat, clear sheet protector we intended to use to hold posters in the workplace; arrived folded over in two places. Now they all have permanent creases and are pretty much unusable for the purpose they were purchased.
