Greek Yogurt Covered Raisins by Its Delish, 2 lbs

I have eaten dark chocolate raisins for more than 30 years. They are my favorite chocolate treats. My grandfather in Switzerland was a confectionary chef, so I have a good palate and am discerning with my taste in chocolate. These dark chocolate raisins however, were shockingly bad. My husband found them to be pitiful too. I rarely leave a bad review but these were the worst dark chocolate raisins I've ever tasted in my life.The dark chocolate is grainy rather than a smooth, silky chocolate. The chocolate "seized" because it was melted improperly and could have been corrected at the time, but was not. The confectioner's glaze outer coating normally gives chocolates a nice shine and keeps the chocolates from drying out. This clear outer glaze was very tacky to the touch rendering each chocolate raisin really sticky. I found that to be gross and annoying. The chocolate raisins were cracking and pitting leaving small white areas showing. This is called a "fat bloom". Chocolate with white areas signify that the chocolate is really OLD! Dark chocolate, when stored properly, lasts about 2 years. And finally, the raisins were really firm and not soft and plump -- again this happens with old ingredients.What a waste of money! The 1 star on my review was for the speedy delivery. I will not re-order these & would never recommend these dark chocolate raisins to anyone.

First of all I ordered and paid for 2 lbs.I only received a 1 lb. package.These are in no way gourmet,chocolate covered raisins.THEY ARE TERRIBLE....SMALL,TASTELESS AND THE CHOCOLATE IS LIKE WAX.I emailed the seller 3xs + provided pictures.No response....I had to contact Amazon to resolve.DO NOT BUY....YOU WILL BE SORRY !

AWFUL, AWFUL, & AWFUL!!!!The raisins themselves were standard — no complaint. BUTT, the chocolate was GRITTY! I expect, generally, that small candy companies have good quality products. But this stuff was HORRID! I shall NEVER buy ANOTHER THING from this company.Trader Joes Dark Chocolate Covered Raisins are much more expensive; but i shall spend for them EVERY TIME, FROM NOW ON.

I ordered the Greek Yogurt covered ones. Unfortunately, no nutritional label was provided in the listing, so I just assumed that's what they were. These claim to be a "Greek yogurt flavored coating" where the FIRST ingredient is sugar. In other words, they are NOT Greek yogurt covered. Greek yogurt is tangy, not sweet, and is a healthy snack. These are junk food candy, and they taste horrible.

I have ordered these several times. My family and I really like them. I keep a small bowl of them on the coffee table for everyone to scoop up a few. They have arrived in good shape, certainly not melted. I'm sorry that some buyers have bad comments. I just don't agree. They are "Delish."

I have tried three different brands of dark chocolate covered raisins. These are not as good as the others I’ve had. The chocolate is too sweet—like milk chocolate. It almost tastes like cheap Easter bunny chocolate. Or not chocolate at all. Sorry I ordered.

Don't buy this! I received the bottom of the barrel which was filled with bits of left over chocolate. This was not as I expected. See the picture.

I was really hoping for these to be "delish" but unfortunately they were not. Don't recommend ordering them in the summer. They arrived in a pouch that was supposed to keep them cool but didn't work. They were severely heat stressed and not very good.
