Well built
I am very happy with my bike. The directions were very easy to understand. You get a tool set and wrench to assemble. Very explicit on proper maintenance. The bike drove very well and had plenty of power. I have to figure how to switch it to max speed. 30mph. Over all I am 100% satisfied

Where's the customer service?
The bike did great on my 20+ mile commute, I literally love it and would like to keep it. There is a problem with the motor not engaging and I can not get customer support, may be returing it and asking for a full refund. Only had it a few days, until this issue the bike was awesome.

Works great
I like how easy it is to ride and works goods around the neighborhood. I get exercise with the petal assist and is easy to go up or down hills. Easy to take in car and go off road ride. Made very wells and sturdy.

Real Deal
This my second ebike my first was 500 watts and this one is 750 I weigh in at 260 and 6'2 but this bike carries me like I'm not on it extremely powerful and trust me when I say that 30+ mph is real,It's easy to assemble and if you have questions or confused with the manual just try the Tube.Great purchase satified.

Wow!
Very easy to assemble and looks so good! Just the slightest pedaling and the pedal assist really kicks in. I wish it had a horn and turning signals however. But overall this bike is powerful and fast and sexy!
