Bought this to replace my old blender (15yrs old and worn out) and have used it 10/15 times now). It's great and does exactly what it is meant to do.It arrived well packaged with protective styrofoam. The jug and two grinding pots look to be thick quality glass (they look hard to break) and each has a removable grinder base (one for meat, one for coffee/nuts and one for smoothies, etc.). Although a 450w motor it packs quite a punch and has dealt with all the things I have put in there (variety of nuts, various soft/hard fruits, bread & variety of vegetables) plus ice cubes.The jug is big enough to make a smoothie for 3/4 people and the 'cups' are big enough for good measures. The whole item looks really well made and good quality. It came with two extra rubber seals for when/if they are needed (wear and tear) and is very straightforward to use with a solid lock in/down feature.The grinders are interchangeable and the because you can remove them from the jug/cups everything is very easy to clean. The grinders are also marked with open/close directions as removal is opposite to what you think, but you soon get used to it.Overall I am really happy with this blender - it's build, quality, cost (even though I got 10% off voucher it still a great cost), packaging and number of grinders. Worth purchasing.

So over the years I brought many blenders, and they go pear shape after a while, however I've been able to maintain and look after this one and its looked after.I've make many top tier smoothies or protein snake throughout summer and on the go for work or gym, an amazing piece of equipment right here.Smooth powerful and it makes blender great again 💯🔥

Edit: 16/04 the seller contacted me the following day I wrote the review and offered me a refund. They were very prompt to reply and the process was painless. I just got the refund transferred today. Excellent customer service. Since the review, I have used the other bowls without any issues. Changing rating to 4 stars.The blender has been working well on 2 occasions. Today I tried using the smaller dry grind cup and on first use the glass bowl broke at the base. I was grinding dry banana skin so nothing too armful. I have the product for 50 days so outside of the return/exchange 30 days window and no way to contact the seller. I still don’t understand how the glass can break like this. I would not recommend this item as it is of very poor quality.

The media could not be loaded. This item was bought in February this year we used it only one time to test it as we had no need to be using it, fortunately, it worked at the time, when we tried to use it for the second time today 23/05/24 it did not work at all, in fact my partner and I started smelling some strange smell like the mechanism/rubber inside was on fire, we put it off and on again the bad smell continued. Now we have no right of returning it as the time has expires for return. I’ll strongly recommend not to buy this product it will a waste of money.

The glass jug is a nice touch, it’s a nice little blender which I bought in Feb2024. After 6mths of daily use, the 6 blade lid started leaking. We were gifted the exact same model, and again the 6 blade lid is leaking after 6mths. If you don’t blend on a daily basis, it should be OK (I think).
