I needed the perfect tear
This is exactly what I was hoping for plus it is 2 tears in 1 tool! No clue what the pen was that came with it though, no instructions maybe it was a freebie? Hung it on my pegboard right away and shared it to my group.

Just one ruler
The media could not be loaded. I thought I was getting 2 rulers because of the pictures but no just one!

Terrific for sublimation
Very impressed with the quality of this ruler! It makes tearing sublimation paper a breeze. It's metal and the edges are sharp, and it's 12 inches. I highly recommend it. (BTW, the water pen could be useful for heavier paper maybe, but you won't need it for sublimation paper. It is not a quality item but does do the job.)
