Q: How do I activate the sd card?

No need to activate SD card. Just insert and use. Mine arrived already fitted and was ready to go straight from box.

Q: How do we remove a filter? Its gone onto one of the pixelated filters & I can't work out how to get it back to just the regular camera with no filter?

Dear customer, Please enter the playback,long press the "up" to delete the current file. But you press the "up" button for a few seconds to delete all files. Please pay attention to the duration of the operation to avoid all files being deleted. Thank you.

I haven't experienced this problem. Perhaps you need to send the camera back.
