They were actually packaged amazingly tight with plenty of bubble wrap and a film to peel off over the plastic. I think the crack was a fluke and I would still purchase again.

The only thing I don’t like is how easy the sleeves slide out. They could get lost if your not careful

Fantastic quality for two sided frames!!! So you don't just get to put 4 photos in but 8!!!

Poor packaging damaged product.
This was perfect for table toppers and then gifts to take home. I had a picture on one side and a poem on the other with a bow tied around the base. Biggest disappointment for me was that 4 of the 8 acrylic picture protectors were cracked down the middle. This product had poor packaging and I did see this complaint in the reviews but I was hoping they would have corrected the problem by now.
