Long time ketogenic diet and intermittent faster. There is a lot of information out there both for and against exogenous ketones. Not a scientist so I cannot speak to the details but I can unbiasly review this product after a first time use.This was shipped pretty quickly. Bulk is very worth it. Shipped some Maca with it as well so it came in same package which saved me some money. Make sure u let the powder settle in the pouch before u open the top . U dont want any to waste. I tried a quarter of a tea spoon. Current state is one day of eating very low carb. Took this after a lil while after a meal (meatballs) Usually takes me 2 days to get back into ketosis. Upon taking the first dose I was skeptical and felt nothing for about 15 mins . Then after a while I began to feel it in increasing increments.It does feel like ketones. Its a bit more of a sythentic feel as opposed to when u naturally enter ketosis. I bought this for two reasons. Mainly to help me deal with adapting into ketosis and to help with energy during fasts. So far I am about 6 hours in and its doing an amazing job at both. It has that nice clean energy feel like you are running on a finely tuned engine. From what I have read , the people dropping bad reviews often try to use this as a weight loss fix all which nothing is. I can definitely see how this product will be super helpful when used with diet and/or exercize responsibly.Good value, good product, good company, good shipping.

The Raspberry Ketone powder arrived promptly and was well-packaged. Initially, I was unsure how much powder I should mix with water because I was unsure how the serving size of 300 mg converts into teaspoons. After looking on the Internet for the conversion (which said "it's a very small amount", I went back to the bag of Raspberry Ketone and realized the answer was there. The company puts this information on the bag, which is very important because the serving size is actually very small. Therefore, this bag of raspberry ketone powder will last a long time, which is a great value. The powder dissolves in water or juice quickly. I tried dissolving it with pineapple juice the first day. However, I didn't like the taste and decided to simply mix it with water the 2nd day. It has no taste if thoroughly mixed with water. I have only taken this product for 4 days. Therefore, I am unsure if it helps with weight loss. However, it's clear to me that it provides energy. There are no side effects. I will definitely purchase this product again.

I don’t know if this product is harmful. It numbed my tongue when I took it and it had a funny taste. I couldn’t return or request a refund.

Just received order a few days ago. At first, I tried mixing it with water and it did not dissolve well or give the slightest flavor of raspberry. I always keep a pitcher of fresh brewed unsweetened decaffeinated tea in the fridge so I tried it in that. Not only did it dissolve better (not entirely), but with a drop of liquid sucralose, tasted like the best raspberry iced tea ever! Going to try it in hot tea later!

This has a very bitter raspberry flavor I can make that work I put it in my tea however the stuff does not dissolve very well at all in hot or cold water and it's next to impossible to measure I have a complete set of extra tiny measuring spoons for grams but it doesn't make it any easier. I test my blood before and during taking this and I had to consume quite a bit up to a teaspoon in a day to see any noticeable rise in my ketones since I eat a carnivore lifestyle I founded disappointing.

Flavor was good for a supplement powder. Had a fruity aroma and slightly bitter taste. Blended well with artificial fruit flavor drink. Mostly dissolved in cold water with moderate shaking. Very clean, no trace of filler or impurity. I have bought other product from this brand, and will do so again. The price point is simply much more reasonable than pre capsulated supplements.I actually tasted the unmixed product because of some negative reviews about the flavor. I put a half dose on my tongue and it was quite bitter like aspirin, but not in any way foul like what was described. I imagine they thought a teaspoon was what they stir their tea with, and being unfamiliar with supplements tried to eat several doses like a goat. This would also explain the reports of it causing dizziness.

Not sure if the heat changed changed the chemical makeup of this product or not, but I was under the impression I was ordering 100% pure raspberry ketones. If so, the product should have had a very natural and noticeable raspberry smell to them.My package does not, which leads me to believe this is some sort of synthetic off brand.I tried to use this powder a few times by adding it into my protein shakes, or mixing it in with pre-work out drink mix. Every time I could taste some sort of substance with a weird texture to it that resulted in upsetting my stomach and adding a little heat to it as well about 15-20 min later.After a week of trying this, I decided to stop using it, as it shouldn't be causing these issues or add this weird texture to my drink. I am using special small plastic scoops to properly measure out the product and use recommendation.I need to find the right seller that actually makes and provides 100% PURE NATURAL raspberry ketones or if they are synthetic, a proper kind and in capsule form. I had good results using a different brand a few years ago, but for the life of me can't remember the name of that brand, otherwise I would have gone back to that seller direct.
