Awesome addition for my new car

Installed this in my 2023 Kia Sportage and it fits. However after pulling the canvas cover out of the housing to mount the end bar near the tailgate, I found that the cover does not retract back into the housing. I'm not sure if I got a defective one but the overall product feels cheaply made. The canvas cover does not feel like you would be able to place things on it when it is deployed, the metal housing is relatively light and with the non-retraction problem I'm not sure I want to try another unit or just look for a different brand.

I was prepared to drill holes if necessary. Not needed. One minute and it was in place. Looks great. Works perfectly.

I just received the product so I am limited in my experience. However, it was delivered before expected, looks amazing and fit like a glove. So far, I am pleased.

I received this retractable cargo cover for my Kia Sportage. Pulled the cover out to cover my cargo area and the cover would not retract. Sent back and received refund.

Product isn’t as refined as some of the others, but it does what I bought it for. Could be more sturdy, but seems to be good enough for what I paid for it. Installs easily and besides covering the rear cargo cover, what else can you expect it to do? For the price, 4 stars."

I bought this for my new 2023 Kia Sportage. didn't want by from dealerships always charger more. I was excited when I received the item. I installed it and thought this fits great....but it didn't. when you try to hook it to the back where is belongs, it's not wide enough I will not hook completely when extended...not sure if I should return it and suck it up and pay 200.00 from the dealership or just send it back and say the heck with it....

Easy to install, but the product does not retract back very well. It seems to stick when opening and not open/close very well and definitely doesn't close very well. My package came destroyed so maybe mine was damaged during delivery.
