Good product with different website description
I am really sorry to say that your website description (image) and what i got the product is entirely different product. Anyway I am happy with the product. It's working well. But the problem will happen while return the product with any problem causing customer. The delivery man simply reject because of what he have a image of the product different from actual. This problem happened to me several times. But Amazon repeating the mistake again and again

good product , value for money
i have now been using for few months , quality of product is good, insulation is good( water stays heated for a long time ), design is minimalist . i wished it should have a electronic thermostat.( product is made in china which was not clearly mentioned in the product details on amazon)overall i am satisfied with it and recommend it

Poor service
Product is good but service/response of concerned company is very very poor.

The Performance
The units are tripping for no reason. To my understanding, the thermostat should cut off heating after the temperature is achieved but it is switching off the unit itself. Unable to use these geysers during this severe winter. How can you help?
